Northern Beaches Pest Man

Well Craig came when he said he would, was very helpful and was very professional and nice with it too. I would have no hesitation of recommending him for Pest work on the Northern Beaches. I always like supporting people locally and I am delighted that he turned up today; problem doubly solved. CliffyTours 4 May 2020

I cannot recommend Northern Beaches Pest Man, highly enough. He is a gem. If pests of any nature are bothering you - rodents, possums, bugs, teenagers too i reckon !! - then Craig is your man. His knowledge across the pest spectrum is exemplary...his attitude and approach relaxed yet professional...Craig is your no nonsense professional pest man. Unlike another Pesty mob i used a few years ago, there was no 'hard sell' from Craig. His price was what it was...and nothing more. And totally reasonable too. I was pleasantly surprised his fee didn't include a weekend surcharge. One small victory for the consumer. Thx for that Craig. Nor did he try to push me into an upsized version of the action plan...there's no "hard sell" here and for that i was grateful. I cannot bear being pressured by tradies or service professionals of any type . I want them to "Do the job for which u have been contracted, advise the best action plan going forward & get going...get on your bike. Please".
Additionally, I was impressed Craig was able to process the barrage of questions i threw at him, whilst maintaining focus on the main issue. I asked him many questions on a variety of topics relating to all things pest, yet Craig remained unfazed. Given i didnt draw breath for a good 15 mins i was well impressed. A touch of the verbals is what was going on today...a touch of the verbals indeed.
It was almost 1pm Saturday arvo when we spoke so I expected to be told "sometime next week love". Not so. I was pleasantly surprised when he enquired whether 5pm wld suit me? 5pm Sat...a mere 4 hours from initial contact. Now that is service. Very impressive indeed. As i will be interstate for the next week i was keen to get started, not wait a further 8-10 days as had been suggested by 2 other local enterprises i spoke with before lucking out with Craig the Pest Man.
I believe a leaf from 'the book of Craig' (sic) should be shared amongst other so-called "service companies" in the hope they might learn a thing or two about true customer service.
In a nutshell...do not bother calling anyone other than Craig the Northern Beaches Pest Man for all your pesky pest issues. He really is the Pest Man to beat all Pest Men. Thankyou.
This was my maiden entry into the world of Word Of Mouth. Im impressed and i will be back.

I got this contact by using a facility offerred through WOMO called Get Quotes", basically when I searched for Pest Control in my area through WOMO, an option came up to get 3 quotes. You can see my review on that seperately. Anyway, Craig called me first thing this morning, arranged a time and was here exactly when he said he would be. He offerred me plenty of advice, I have a rat problem due to chickens, birds and guinea pigs. He also gave me several options. He came across as extremly honest. Didn't try and sell me things I didn't need. When I said I had no rats inside the house he checked anyway and agreed with me. We went throgh the plans of action and came up with a low cost plan to start with. I can call him anytime, the fact that he lives locally makes a big difference as he can pop in any time to help further. So, I must admit I didn't get any other quotes, but started our action plan straight away.
