Satisfactory visit, not very friendly

Ben and his staff have the highest regard, care and love for the pets they see which includes mine for 15 YEARS.
The practice gives practical advice and will not go into any intervention without considering all options. I have never felt like the "buck is more important than the animal".

We love using the guys at Northfield Veterinary Clinic. They care so much about our animals that it makes a very unpleasant appointment for our pets into a nice visit - complete with treats if they are good.

We enjoyed taking our dog to the puppy school too, she learnt a lot and so did we.

We have been going to them for 7 years now and appreciate their high level of care and love for animals.

I have entrusted my pets health and well being to the vets at this vet clinic for over 20 years and have had NO problems. Staff are great; friendly, efficient, compassionate. I would not think of taking my pets elsewhere and cannot thank the staff enough for everything they have done for us over the years.

Professional and friendly staff, Fantastic service - Both vets are good with the animals, provide brilliant advice and have a great deal of expertise. They have been with us through all and many dogs! I wouldn't take my animals anywhere else.

I've been going back to this clinic over many years, they treat my dog(s) with care and respect. The dogs love their trips to the doctor, even to the point of fetching his leash, or in the latest case, struggling to get out of the car to get inside.
