Whilst I had a few issues, GM was extremely apologetic and fixed all issues. Has restored my faith in this company

I bought my car a couple years ago from Northpoint Toyota Hillcrest and the process went smoothly, although the salesman didn't come across as knowledgeable as you would expect.

I continue to get my car serviced here as I received a 3 year advantage deal for cheaper services during this period. When extra things need to be carried out, they always call beforehand and provide me with a quote. They are great at following up.

However, I am not confident getting them to replace my tyres as the wheel alignment etc. is ridiculously expensive compared to other places and the replacement of my tyres was quoted to be a LOT more expensive than my husband's tyres for the same type of car which was looked after here too.

I get my car serviced here and have found they are quite friendly and offer good service. They always call to check before continuing any work that isn't on the normal list of things to do and advise how much extra it will cost.

After one of their salesmen made an error on some paperwork, they tried to blame me to cover themselves and then tried to bully me into giving them more money. It was poorly handled by the manager and in the end I cancelled the entire deal, gave them their car back and got a refund- although even that was a nightmare!
