They don't have loyalty to their customers. If you want to change your plan ridiculous fees apply. I feel really dissapointed. The equipment is in good condition. Some of the male spinning instructors are not friendly or helpfull.

The layout of this gym is a little weird to get used to at first, but the equipment is great and quickly repaired if broken. The staff are very helpful. Would highly recommend this gym.

one very good gym in canberra, the only one i think that has boxing marterials, such as boxing bag speed bag etc. very good for cardio work outs. staff is very friend letting me have a free trial. thinking about getting memebership.

When I go, very friendly staff always willing to offer help if they see me struggling with an exercise, and praise when i do things well. Sometimes I find a note on my Gym program suggesting a change or simply saying that I am doing well. If I want more attention, I just have to ask, but the staff don't expect me to constantly check in.
