We recently purchased a Honda CRV from Northway Honda. Louis Pregun the salesman was very professional & friendly. He was very informative & kept us updated with progress while we were waiting delivery for our new car.
Highly recommend him and Northway Honda.

Im sure all the sales staff are great at Northway Honda but can i please recommend Louis to you.
I bought a Jazz and Louis made it an easy and pleasant experience.
Also can i say thank you too for sparing me all the "crap" talk that salesmen are notorious for which i do detest and find VERY offputting.
If you want a real down to earth no bells and whistles experience then see Louis.
He concentrated on the strengths of the car and gave me an honest and real idea of what i was purchasing.
I would like to thank you Louis Pregun for going above and beyond the call of duty by catering the sale to tailor my needs.

DISGUSTING.

One of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. My wife's car got recalled due to a faulty airbag and I went to the dealer immediately. We purchased our Honda Accord Euro from them and service it with them as well.

As a parent my family safety is priority but I was told that I was unable to have this fixed until the 21st of June. I understood that there might be a delay so I asked if they were able to provide a courtesy car because I don't want my wife driving my kids around with this fault and I was told it's not possible unless I hire one. It was a total of $3900 for that period which is unfair and I couldn't understand how a car yard with endless cars cannot help us out.

[Redacted name], who was the guy I was speaking to got frustrated with my questions because he told me that nothing has happened in Australia with this recall but when I asked him if he would put his daughter in the passenger seat he said no....

I then offered to pay the $3900 for a car but as a gesture of our ongoing commitment to Honda that amount would go to future service costs as a credit.

He then turns around and tells me that they are a business and it's not what they do.

This is not acceptable and I made it clear that I am in business also but peoples safety and customer service and loyalty supersede all things business and I also told him in no uncertain terms that it was disgusting to hear and that he is an embarrassment to even mention business ahead of family safety.

I will be contacting consumer affairs along with Honda head office to also speak about this and everyone in my database with 10,000 people will know about the way [Redacted name] thinks.

Do not send any service reminder letters to my home from this point on as I will never bring our car to get serviced at Northway Honda. This will also be the first of endless reviews I write.

Was hunting for a new car, and Northway Honda has done a spectacular job in helping me. Thumbs up to Matt for the service and guidance through out the process!! A highly recommended joint for your first new car.. 10/10

drove in as needed immediate attention which I received from the manager himself. On repeat visits I have found all staff efficient, welcoming and friendly and everything done to highest standard.
