I purchased some beautiful personalised stationery from Note Couture and found the quality and service to be exceptional! The product range is a little pricey but worth it. A follow up email advised my package was on its way. The corflute protected my package from Australia post. My friend absolutely loved her gift! Highly recommended and I will purchase again

I ordered some boxes of stationery as gifts for people for Christmas. I loved the easy-to-order-from website with lots of creative ideas, as well as the packaging and fast service (boxes survived a rough mailman perfectly intact!) Was expecting paper of a little more thickness and weight though, and free postage over a certain amount would have taken the sting out of the end price. Unique items as presents, however.

Two points:
1 "Free postage" isn't real - it means postage costs have been included in the cost of goods. I could do this, but it would mean increasing product costs by 15%. (Annually, shipping is 15% of the value of my income, and as a one-person small business I cannot 'wear' the cost of this so it would need to be passed onto the customer.) I would rather operate in a transparent manner - I have no mark up on the actual Aust Post Express shipping costs - the customer pays what I pay. Aust Post Express also provides online tracking so that items can be found when they go missing, and delivery is 1-2 days. I have done a lot of research into cheaper options and have found that most take up to 7 business days for delivery and the companies using these couriers do not usually accept responsibility for lost goods. Whereas at Note Couture, if you do not receive your goods, your order will be reprinted and despatched within 7 days.
2. It is clearly noted on the website that paper used for the note sheets is a bright white good quality 100gsm paper stock. (As a comparison, photocopy paper is a courser 80gsm.) However the idea of a deluxe note sheet using special heavier weight paper is a great idea and I will look into it. If in future you would like to receive paper or card samples prior to ordering, please contact me and I can mail you some.

I love this business! Fantastic range, easy website, great choice of products. Perfect. The product is of a great quaity and the fact that anything can be personalised is too easy.

Note Couture provides custom designed stationary. You can personalize with designs that suit any occasion. Julie even corrects my spelling errors. The work is of the highest quality and Julie is very attentive to her customers needs.
Great address labels for general use plus fabulous labels for Christmas. Also Julie is willing to produce a more personalized product-she is readily available via email. Prompt replies and quick delivery.
Great products, ordered for stocking fillers for Christmas. I ordered "things to do list pads"; "shopping list" pads; personalised stationery. Lots of design pictures to choose from and the service was great and my order arrived within a few days and I am so excited they look great and I am so pleased they look so good as it is hard to tell at times when you order over the internet.....thankyou and I will definately be using this business again :)

I have had quite a few products made by Note Couture (mainly as presents which have ALWAYS been received quite ecstatically :-)) and they are fantastic - choice of illustrations is wide and varied, print quality is clear and sharp, paper quality is excellent and the service is wonderful...would recommend to anyone looking for beautiful personalised stationery.
I ordered address labels complete with a cute reindeer picture ready for my Christmas cards.I love them! They were packaged very well for shipping so they didn't bend or get wet!
