Polite staff efficient service and returned the car in great condition on time (early actually) and even gave the car a wash. Nice touch. My service and pink slip cost $215 as quoted.
First, answer the phone and call customers back please. Secondly, I found the pricing erratic. At the most basic level, people go to NRMA because there is a market impression of trust and reliability. Unfortunately, I felt the opposite. Thirdly, why does a $120 bill always blow out at this place? NRMA, please have better quality control. Seems to have changed in the last years and this is definitely one disappointed customer.
