I had lost all reception to my home TVs. I called their office on a Thursday afternoon and they were able to come the following day. I received two (2) follow-up calls and as promised, I received a call advising that the serviceperson was on the way.
Maz was knowledge, thorough and efficient. Maz analysed my TV problem and then got on the roof to confirm. As he had diagnosed, my amplifier had blown up. Maz discussed with me the various options, cost and, the pros & cons of each.
I was very happy with the service provided by the office staff but particularly impressed by Maz.

I wanted a quote as I live in a retirement village, told the contractor that came out I wanted a quote and he said he’ll send it to management, however he installed the aerial without permission and then sent the bill to management.
I arranged for Nu-Life TV to install a new antenna as well as connect the latest Foxtel IQ5 set-top box. Kamran was the technician sent to carry out the installation. He was a very experienced installer with a wide knowledge, having worked for Telstra, Foxtel, and Len Wallis Audio.
He was able to handle a very complex wiring requirement and an extremely tidy aerial system. If you are looking to have a worry-free experience having a new antenna installed, Kamran is your man. He comes highly recommended.

Rang to ask cost to have VAST satellite reconnected after new roof was fitted. Told $180....which apparently is the cost for a service call. So I was a bit shocked when he was here for half an hour and said 'That will be $380' - When I queried this he said 'I told your husband out the front that it was $380...$180 is for the service call and I've done a lot of work and that's why it's $380'.....put a couple of screws in the roof and retuned the satellite connection. So okay then it's $380....so be it. Then I said that we were pensioners, so we get a 10% discount.....to which he tells us that it's actually $380 plus GST so I won't charge you GST because that is 10%. He never mentioned plus GST when he first told me 'That will be $380' and I reckon he just decided to add this information so he didn't have to give us our discount

A nil rating. Dealing with Nu-Life TV Antenna Service I was told by Susan just now on the phone was about ‘Sales’. That says it all, it’s certainly not about service or ethical practices. This is what happened last week. The technician came to my door late. I invited him in, to check my TV reception problem. He gave me two options. Option 1 being to patch up the problems, option 2 a new antenna. He then expanded option 1 as the FEAR option. If you choose option 1 I will be coming out here all the time patching up your problems. If you choose option 2 you will have great reception. I said I want both quotes. He ignored me and continued with the FEAR tactic. I choose option 2 and wanted a new antenna because of the way he went on about option 1. Also I did not have any comparison of prices between the options. When I chose a new antenna I was told it was $795+GST with no break up of the costs. No information about the brand of the antenna or booster or labour costs. Nothing written down on a quote. Remember I had ask for the 2 quotes in the beginning. I thought he would need to go away to get the antenna. No, it was in his truck. So he goes up on the roof, returns inside to go into the manhole and then calls me to see the TV reception. As he was showing me the reception was dreadful and doing exactly what it was doing with my old antenna and this was the new antenna. I left him to it and 10 minutes later he calls me and says ‘I have found another problem’. ‘The wall plate needs replacing’. He replaced the wall plate and the reception worked well. I then thought of option 1 and wondered if he had replaced the wall plate which he told me was $38 if the reception would have been fixed. He showed me the channels very quickly then told me my old antenna was in the yard. I said you should have told me that you do not take it away. Today I have the same problem with my reception after spending $921.80 for a salesman who is really good with his 2 option explanations that take advantage of people who are expecting service, not money grabbing tactics. When I rang the company in Campbelltown and ask about the price being so high for 1 hours work I was told it’s because the 10 Foot mast is the most expensive part. I then made it clear the technician used my existing 10 foot mast. She then said she made a mistake and put me onto the supervisor. The supervisor was not available so she rang me back later and I told her clearly that this experience was a misrepresentation of business for Nu-LIfe TV Antenna Service at Campbelltown and all of the other groups involved. Stay away from these unethical manipulative sales oriented fear option 1 people who have no idea of service or professional standards. AMEN

Nu life employ only “subcontractors”. Which means they are not responsible for the job that’s done or to pay superannuation, insurance, workers compensation, leave, training etc etc... it is the equivalent of workplace bargaining with cat weasel. If you have a problem they will Teflon themselves with that idea.
If you engage this company for your needs, you are missing out, and so is the poor dude on your roof.
Absolutely terrible. Original job quoted was changed and still failed to fix reception. Told nothing more could be done unless I spent $4000 on a different antenna!!! Obviously I could not, so I paid $1100 for minimal improvement in reception. A friend suggested a different company who fixed the problem immediately. I then spent two months trying to get some of my money back and the owner Arthur no longer returns my calls.

We just had a new antenna installed by Federico. He was very helpful, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. Really appreciated the efficient and cheerful service.
If I could give these cowboys a minus ten I would. Shonky. Shonky. Shonky. They recommended a new antenna even though we thought we only needed a repair. So we paid the usual fees and the antenna cost. Now neither TV is working. They don't test the antenna - sure they say they do, but why on earth would you pay for a recommendation to go from one TV to zero TVs?
Seriously, do yourself a favour and avoid these jokers.
Shockingly bad - booked two appointments and have been let down on both occasions after waiting in - find a more reliable company.

Nu-Life was booked to attend my home between 1-3pm to service a television correction problem. They did not attend. When I rang to find out why, I was confronted with obfuscation and excuses. I wasted my afternoon and will not be using this companies services again. I do not recommend them

Called for a free quote as my reception on my tv was bad. Service man came out and spent 20 mins on roof and all i could hear was banging. Then he comes and quotes me $260. He doesnt seem too confident in telling me what the problem is so i say no. After i said no, he spends more time on the roof while he packs his things away then tells me he can fix the problem for $230 instead. I decline. When he leaves, to my surprise there is no reception at all and now i cant even watch tv. I get a call back from the company who tells me anything faulty needs to be fixed and that the service man didnt make my reception worse! (Eventhough service man was on my roof) When i say my husband will come up to the business address tomorrow, he claims i am threatening him and hangs up. I call him back to advise him i am going to fair trading.
Just a update. My tv reception is back to normal this morning as i just fiddled with auto find tv channel settings on tv. So i would have paid $260-$230 for nothing.

Alphonso was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly and worked quietly and cleaned up after my new antenna was installed and TVs tuned in. I would not hesitate to recommend Nu-Life TV. They did what they said, when they said and were reasonable with price.
They are a highly professional team. The dispatchers and the technicians provided me with confidence that the job would be done right from the moment I rang. They asked the right questions about my house and provided a great warranty for the services and parts. All at a reasonable price. What more can you ask?

Called Nu-Life to install 6 points and a new antenna. Was happy with the price so went ahead that day. My technician was Amir and what a great worker. Took 4 hours with Amir crawling under the house installing cables. What a great job. Amir never left until everything was perfect and all tv channels were tuned. Would recommend Nu-Life, but ask for Amir you will get great service.
Jamie came early and was very friendly and polite. He checked and re-checked until all TVs were working to his satisfaction. All residents were very happy when he left.
Excellent service was received from the minute I called for a report and installation of a new aerial after a lightning strike destroyed our reception. Installation could not be faulted and I checked the product on the internet and found it to be superior quality. Price received was good and discount was too. Reception now is brilliant compared to previous reception of old digital aerial that was replaced 2-3 years ago.
UPDATE: After posting the review below, I was immediately contacted by Arthur, the service manager at Nu-Life, who has been very helpful in rectifying my issues. The issues with the reception have now been resolved and he was able to provide a very good price for the relocation of my antenna position to the top of the roof to provide optimal reception. He even provided follow up calls to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for all of your help in improving my experiences with your company.
I thought I would pick a 'local' business to replace my old analogue antenna so found Nu Life. The technician came late but was a nice guy and said that he would need to replace my antenna with a digital antenna. We agreed on a price and he brought out a small and simple antenna. I asked if he was sure that it would be strong enough to provide all channels especially at night when my channels would drop out and he said "yes". He was kind enough to also replace my antenna cable going to the TV with a higher gauge cable he made.
At night, however, the channels began to drop again and what was worse was that other channels which I had no issues with were getting artifacts or dropping out. I called Nu Life support and they said that the only days available to me were workdays. I arranged to have a day off work and the support staff said that she would make it in the morning so that I wouldn't be wasting my whole day waiting for the technician.
On the day, no technician came in the morning so I called Nu Life support who said that he was running late and that he would not be able to come until later in the afternoon and if I was still able to "be there". I said yes since it was very hard for me to take a day off work. Later in the afternoon, I receive a text message to say that I had to call them back up to rebook the appointment. So no technician came and somehow I am going to find another day off work to wait for Nu Life to fix my antenna.
Service was excellent.
When I called they were able to arrange an on site quote the same week.
The technicians arrived on time and were a great help.
Quote was provided on the spot and were then able to proceed with the work on the spot.
Very happy with the price and level of service.
