Excellent service as per usual I have had the same company do work 4 me b4, I was given a fair price for a job well done - I was moving house at the time and they were so great in working around my busy schedule.

Had the same company back again to do an urgent install to extend a TV pt to outdoor area thanku so much, I pressured the techs and offce staff so much as I was preparing get together with friends and family and my TV's were up and running in time. Am beyond grateful.

I found Nu-Life TV through our local paper and when I phoned the staff were pleasant and organised for an installer to come. Their staff were pleasant, efficient, arrived on time, gave a very good quote on the spot and were ready to install a new TV aerial there and then which they did with no mess. Prior to starting the work they explained where and how they would install the aerial and were willing to answer any questions. This was follows by a test run with the TV all of which occurred before we paid for the account. I would recommend Nu-Life TV

My problem was an intermittent poor reception.
The technician arrived on time with a very pleasant professional manner. he diagnosed the problem and traced it to a faulty splitter inside a wall cavity and replaced it. The work was completed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. will definitely use them again.

I recently had a digital antenna installed at my newly built property. The technician arrived on a very chaotic day where I was receiving 5 different furniture and appliance deliveries and had to cope with a very tired and cranky toddler. The technician, Adam I believe his name was, looked very young and I fleetingly doubted his ability to do the job. However, he carried on quietly and efficiently and completed the job to a high degree without causing me any additional stress. Before I knew it, the tv was working with a great picture and I without hesitation recommend Nu-Life to others.

We needed to upgrade our antenna and distribution system for a small hotel and also have 60 TV's mounted and tuned. Nu-Life did the entire job within a few days and for a great price. Their supervisory technician Gavin, was great to work with and had an excellent knowledge of what was required. His workmanship was extremely neat and efficient. Arthur and his back office team are also really good to work with. they kept us well informed throughout the works and accommodated all our requirements. I was not disappointed, the office staff extremely friendly, I was given a discount and without any hassel they were able to do the job on the spot. I highly recommend nu-life to anyone who needs help with this digital stuff happening with our TV reception.

Poor reception on our television post transfer to Digital signal only. Contacted Nu-Life - friendly and efficient receipt of my request for a technician to call and give a free quote. Andrew arrived and has just left. Andrew was friendly, patient, explained options well. Gave us a straight quote without all the "but's" or "provided this doesn't happen" some other firms do. New aerial installed with a minimum of fuss - but very importantly - without selling or supplying something we didn't really need. Friends who have recently had their aerials upgraded were talked into getting new cables, new aerial masts, new this, new that, you name it. Andrew replaced the aerial + the flylead only and the reception was 100%. Strongly recommended for aerial installations. (And Andrew even gave me some free tips on improving my wi-fi internet connection).

So happy with my TV reception. I got a quote first for free and they called with notice ahead of time.. I also got a discount and they did a fantastic job considering how hot it was today. The office staff were great. Impressed and services highly recommended.

I made my booking and was offered an appointment on the same day which was convenient & then before the tradesman arrived the Nu-life office called to notify me that they were on the way. Not only did they turn up on time but provided an excellent service. I was given a discount and the technician was able to do the job on the spot, more than helpful, well presented and conducted a neat & tidy job. Tuned everything in and explained everything to my understanding. Very impressive and certainly recommend their services.

Had the worst experience with these guys, Got a quote and accepted it. Then when the job was half way done was told it would cost more. I wasn't impressed and told the technician I would discuss it with the office, he proceeded to yell at me and get really aggressive (very worrying when you're at home with your kids). The company finally sent another guy to finish the job and unfortunately we paid. After that we realised that the technician had done some vandalism to our house, We have contacted the management again but now that we've paid they don't want to know about it. DON"T USE THIS COMPANY they may seem cheaper but they are not worth it!

They came and gave me a quote, and the very next day came out to upgrade our antenna's, fast service and very friendly staff with reasonable prices as they gave us a discount!

Requested on-site quote. Given an appointment for 16 Nov, which was timely. Office phoned and asked to make it same day, which I thought was great, HOWEVER... it was raining. My complaint had been about poor reception. Although I had told the serviceman that the antenna was not over 5 years old he insisted I needed a new antenna, a booster and all new cabling. He did not test the lines, he did not go on the roof to look at the antenna. He proceeded to quote me for all the items $420. I had another service come out a few days later who did the testing.. no new antenna or booster needed. Much cheaper fix than that quoted by Nu-Life.

Came to fix my reception, didnt show up for the am appointment. After i called to ask how much longer he would be they said i was next appointment in a hour or 2. Didnt show up at all that day. I called them back, they said he would come the next morning.
He came that morning Said "need a new areial and it would cost $765". I said i couldnt afford that.
A few days later My father inlaw came to visit and he had a look, My coaxl cable was torn and i needed a new cable. $18 later my tv worked perfect.

We've had not too good experience with Nu-Life company. After the heavy rains, a bit more than a month ago we've lost our TV signal completely. But, Nu-Life company came 3 times during the 5 weeks to fix our TV reception to more or less acceptable.
