No good customer service and they don’t tell exactly timing when booking.

Would not recommend Ford at all. Previous issues with the car I purchased Ford territory, constantly bringing the car to Nuford never again last time I was at this place was a few years ago, I now deal with the Toyota garage next door with no issues.
Oh and sold that heap of junk of a Ford territory

Went to buy a new car. Firstly no one came out to see if we needed assistance. 20 min later a sales rep drove into the yard next to where we were standing. We asked her for assistance. She did seem a bit inexperienced but she helped. We bought the car. First service they proudly said we washed your car. Yep there was soap scum all over the car. They had washed it with soap but i think they forgot to wash the soap off. Not impressed. Will tell them to not wash next time.
Probably won't recommend this company.
