Purchased an item with express postage. NEVER received it. Tried listed numbers that aren’t connected or a recording stating they’ll get back. Website that’s now almost non existant or invalid!
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Rude, aggressive service. Poor order delivery turn around. Worst service and attitude I have ever had. When you don't receive your order you receive a mouth full of blame and bad manners. Absolutely can not recommend.

Worst experience ever! I placed a order, it is saying will be ready to collect in 1 hr, however I waited for serval days still nothing confirmation . I canceled my order as I need it in urgently then i received most rude email ask why , explain ! Then they still will deduct 5% fee if you cancel an order!

I ordered a product back in February I send it back in the original packaging unopened. Nursing angel received it the 12/03 and I’m still waiting for my refund. Sent more than 6/7 emails non answers at all. Called the contact number on the website and not only the person at the phone was rude. He said they were gonna call me last week and I’m still waiting. I do not recommend this website. I end up with no product and no refund even if I send it less than 15 days after received it.

We order online and the courier company lost the goods. They are now refusing a refund.

This company sold me what was either an old, unclean or poorly kept item. Why else would they have a brownish yellowish tinge to them (Breastfeeding pump and bottles). I have ordered the same item from toys r us, baby bunting etc and have never received a brand new breast pump and bottles that looked like the ones I bought from nursing angel. I Will never order feeding bottles on this site again! 1 item didn't arrive. Was told it wasn't in Stock...refunded only after I contacted them. 2nd item wasn't what I ordered. They sent me a substitute. I tried it, no fuss there, no complaints about the third item I ordered. Just the breastfeeding kit. They told me there is no way dirt, bugs or dust would get in the box and into the loose plastic bags containing the bottles, lids etc. The only items that came sealed were the breast pads and pacifier. The rest were not sealed and there was definitely something mixed up in it. It looked like dirt, dust or possibly bits of a cockroach. Why the hell would I make that up and not just use the items I ordered which I needed and will have to buy from a trusted retailer. The only reason I ordered from nursing angel was because of the "great testimonies" and because they had two other items I needed. Otherwise I would have bought the breastfeeding kit from the businesses I know and trust. Close to a hundred dollars wasted for an item I cannot use. And to return it would be a waste of time because [Redacted due to mentioning name] email ruined any confidence I had in this company. He was defensive and made it clear he didn't like me insinuating the product I received was dirty etc. That doesn't sound like the kind of person who will conduct a fair investigation. It sounds like an individual who has already made up his mind about an issue concerning a customer. I will make a formal complaint about this. No mother should be made to pay for and use poor quality breastfeeding equipment and I certainly don't know of any mothers who would feed their babies using the items I received. Absolutely shocked and disgusted that a business operating in Australia would be so careless with a product made for women and their babies. Perhaps I got the last one in the batch. I don't know since they have now removed the product from their website. It doesn't say sold out like all the other items that are no longer in stock. The breastfeeding kit I purchased was erased and is no longer on their website. Maybe they'll put it back. I spoke with the manufacturer and the gentleman who handled my enquiry said the bottles might be yellow if they had been left to sit in a warehouse for a long time or if they are sterilised and boiled several times or lastly if they come in contact with harsh chemicals. He stated the product I purchased should not have a yellowish tinge if it is brand new and if it has been stored in the proper conditions. "

I purchased a breast pump that was faulty, when I tried to contact nursing angel the phone numbers on the website were not in use, when I sent an email I received a phone number not listed on the site. I spoke to a person called "Danny" who told me I couldn't return the faulty pump, suggested I get Philips to send me a new one and sell the replacement on ebay to get my money back. When I told him I'm not happy about doing that he got very angry and hung up on me, when I called him back he hung up on me again. I had to get my refund via pay pal and I got consumer protection to call them to educate them of consumer law.
There is a happy ending to my story, I got my refund and I upgraded to a better breast pump from a different store so they missed out on big $$$ moral of the story is don't upset a woman who just gave birth.

This place is a wealth of knowledge and really go above and beyond to help and answer questions. I've found them very helpful and certainly the best value out there. I've bought clothes from here. While I wanted to purchase a pump, I needed it immediately so had to buy locally, but the local stores weren't a patch on the knowledge of staff here!
