My husband and I, with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren, went to the restaurant part for lunch today. Not long after arriving, the waiter came out and introduced himself as our waiter for the day. He informed us that the meals were for sharing, and that they don't do mains. The four adults each ordered a meal and the children had a separate child's plate order. When the meals arrived, they were very small servings at main course prices. My husband ordered a surf and turf slider, which consisted of two mini rolls with a piece of meat in between which cost $22.50. Definitely will not be going back there again.

We had a lovely lunch on the Foundation Day Public Holiday and although we had to pay a 20% surcharge it was still worth every dollar. We loved the children's menu choice to satisfy our grandson and the selection for us was not easy to make. All main dishes looked really great, but the sweets choice was a bit to limited for my liking. We recommend this venue for a casual outing on any occassion.

We enjoyed our Christmas work lunch at Oakover, despite being very busy, the staff were attentive and very friendly. We enjoyed some free wine tasting before our meal and the food was presented well and very tasty. Everyone found the atmosphere to be very relaxing as a result we stayed longer than we intended. Look forward to going back.

I went to a psychic dinner at Oakover. The setting is just gorgeous and the restaurant is the same. Friendly staff, lovely food and a great environment. Will definitely go back.
