Oceana gym and fitness facility provides a nice set up to meet diverse cardio, weight and body stretch exercises to improve health , stamina and endurance in a friendly environment. Admin and service staff are capable and always willing to help.
An improvement area is maintenance of water temp for hydrotherapy pool and a less intensive chlorination of water in the swimming pool. More frequent health checks for biggnners will add a greater value in your operation. Thanks for running a superb facility for our community.

I've only ever used the pool area at Oceana. The smaller pool is warm so it's great for swimming lessons for young kids. The bigger pool is a bit chilly.

The change rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. They also have an ant problem in the change room area which makes it seem a bit dirty.

Oceana has recently won a healthy and fitness industry award as the best gym for 2009. It is such great value and it has everything you want in a gym.
They offer everything from boot camp, aerobics classes through to aqua aerobics and swim lessons for babies from 6 months of age. The pool is warm and well kept.

its a bit out of the way unless you live around there. the gym is nicely set up and the staff are helpful. they also have a 25m pool which is great after a work out.
