Today I had a man/ ped and was served by 2 staff Tracey who gave me a manicure and Helen who did the pedicure.I am a regular at the Chadstone store but still I am amazed how each time I come in I am greeted by my name and a smile . I always receive great service

Very bad service by my lady. She was rude from the moment I stepped in to the salon. Whilst she was doing my pedicure she kept looking elsewhere. No foot massage at all. The worst part was when, just after taking my money whilst I was waiting for nail polish to dry she disappeared. I was left there with toe separators in place not knowing if she would come back or not. Eventually I figured my toe nails must be dry and took the toe separators out myself. Left in disgust never to return.

Approximate cost: $44

Went in for the first time to get SNS on my nails which was fine. It was when I went back after the SNS started cracking and coming off after 3 days that the attitude was appalling.
First they left me standing at the counter for ages as "they were busy"
Then I was told to come back in half an hour.
When I did I was quizzed on "was I sure I was in the right salon", "why did I not come back the same day", I explained that this was my first day off and that I do work. The girl then asked why I had not rung them. I explained that I had but they did not answer the phone. Maybe too busy.
She then very reluctantly filled not replaced the 4 nails that had cracked off but not before asking why I could not remember the number of the colour of the polish I had on. She clearly did not believe a word I said.
She then laughed when she thought the colour she had chosen was too light compared to the other nails.
Her attitude was like "serve you right"
I just expect a decent honest service for my $50.
Could do better elsewhere

I went in to redo my nails (shellac). my nails were buffed down so thin that they became so fragile and were so brittle even with the shellac polish on. I've now removed the shellac and my nails are left damaged.

Had a spa pedicure here and the girl managed to cut a hole in my heel while she was scraping off dead skin. Then she put some sort of ointment (from an unmarked bottle) in the cut that stung like crazy. She spoke little English and had to call over her supervisor because it was clear she had no idea what to do. Meanwhile my foot is bleeding and stinging from this ointment while the two of them stood around, speaking another language and trying to work out what to do. At no stage was anything that was going on explained to me and eventually I was provided with a bandaid which wouldn't stay on because my foot was too wet. I was very disappointed with how the incident was handled and with the staff's lack of knowledge in how to deal with such occurences. Fortunately the hole did not get infected but it took ages to heal. I would never return to this salon as it is clear that the staff need better training and English skills.
