Friendly customer service and fantastic nails!

Amazing service. Always do a great job and so lovely to talk to.

After many years of getting my nails done ( SNS) , Odyssey have provided the worse service.
After 1 week , 2 nails cracked. This has never happened before. When I went back to complain they fixed them , then charged me $10. She also shaped the new nails into a different shape as the others!?!? The next day another nail cracked. Grrrr!
They also offer 15%off , however that still cost $46, which is more than most salons.
Definitely won’t be going back there!!

Great nails and location let down by no customer service. If you're after a quality application of SNS or Shellac and love the flexibility of "walk in" service (like me) then this place is terrific. Prepare to wait for attention on weekends and other busy times. Not somewhere to go for a relaxing pamper, but if you just want the job done well then it ticks all the boxes.

one word.... rude! I went there for a spa pedicure after a really stressful day, was told to wait which was fine, however when they finally came over they filled the tub with cold water... I told them the water was cold their response "no its fine" they then proceeded to turn on the spa.... which didnt work! I told them that there's something wrong that the water is cold and theres no "bubbles" coming out of the jets??... their response was" nothing wrong, all fine" IU got up and dried my feet and walked out. Totally disgusted with the service and lack of concern for a propsective customer... the water was also dirty! yuk. will never go back here again
