Staff are very rude an unwilling to help, I think a lot of the staff also need more training about the products they sell. Needs a big improvement.

The service at this branch of Officeworks is average, like most of the Officeworks that I have visited if you can find a staff member your doing well. The most friendliest person there was the cashier, at least she had a smile on her face, maybe it's because I gave her money

was interested in a camera after 15 minutes of waiting an employee finally walked past and asked her for some information about it when i was snapped at and her telling me its not her department and she walked off, i find the staff there unfriendly and not much help if u can actually get one.
On the good side of it the prices are great and have a variety of office euipment laptops,camra's etc at pretty good prices
