From the start we have had nothing but a bad experience with this dealership. Extremely disappointing...getting a new car is supposed to be exciting instead it has been our worst nightmare..we had something go wrong with the car only 2 weeks after purchase...mechanical fault which they blamed on us..our car has been with them for now 5 weeks and every time we contact the service adviser there he gives us another excuse as to why the car is not fixed...he has right out lied to us so many times...hasn’t called us once to give any update. You wouldn’t think we were the owners..there are manny other Mazda service centres...shame we got stuck with this one...
Good company to deal with. Helpful in both sales and service. Go above and beyond for the customers. Good times for opening and being able to to service on a weekend is helpful
I recently purchased a New Mazda 3 from Oldmac Mazda, and found the sales consultant to be very helpful and friendly. He answered all of my questions and listened to what my needs where. We both came to an agreed amount for the vehicle and at NO time did he nor anyone make me feel I was being pushed into the decision. He introduced me to the Sales Manager and the Service Advisors making me feel very much part of the family... I commend the owners of Oldmac Mazda for their outstanding job of having the right staff and managament. Everyone showed and demonstrated EXCELLENT customer service. I have never been made to feel so excited about purchasing a new vehicle before. I will definitely be making the extra drive to go to Oldmac Mazda at Springwood for my servicing!! Great team and recommend to everyone...
This is a great review and I 100% agree with you! I am yet to come across a staff member there who isn't lovely!
Took the car to another service provider and they found a lot of issues that my dealership should be doing as part of the service (some safety concerns). Seems OLDMAC SPRINGWOOD is not doing their job and just ticking the checklist. Have emailed the Service Manager for an explanation and ended up with a - your word against my word argument. Have to save $$$$ to clear out the issues and if only they have done their job and found out about it, it could have been covered by warranty. Also a SAFETY concern on my thin brakepads, which the the delearship said they will inform me on my next service - they should have given me a heads up of the issue since what will happen if I don't comeback to them or worst have an accident because of it - bad bad bad.
LESSON LEARNT: Get your vehicle inspected by another party prior to warranty ending. DOUBT OLDMAC SPRINGWOOD if your car is being service by them.
Had our Mazda3 serviced at this dealership earlier this year. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and their price was competitive. But they werent able to supply a courtesy car which was very disappointing, and in comparison to the competitor dealer at Mt Gravatt, this one wasnt as good. Still acceptable though, just as expected.
