James and the team recently renovated my daughter’s bathroom. I can’t speak any more highly of their quality of work and professionalism. Especially, they were always on time, worked efficiently, and were respectful of our home. We have a baby and they always made sure not to make too much noise when the baby was sleeping. They always cleaned up the workspace at the end of the day to minimize the dust build-up.

I also appreciated that they would arrive when they said they would and completed the project in the timeline they quoted. James was always available via text and responded immediately each time I reached out to him. I’m fact, the bathroom light I ordered was back-ordered and James made sure to come back and install it even after the whole project was complete.

His staff are hard-working, honest and very pleasant to work with. I will without a doubt hire them again for our next bathroom renovation!

I wouldn’t recommend On the Ball Bathrooms. Contacted them over six years ago to renovate our bathroom because our shower was leaking. Job looked good but have had problems ever since. First bath was not sealed properly, mirror desilvered and had to be replaced. Tried to let wall dry out and each time we patched and repainted bubbling returned. Called Shane several times to come back and each time did bandaid fix.
We have now finally given up and paid an additional $2500 by another company to fix properly, who outlined various mistakes and shortcuts in original job.
Disappointed we paid over $14,000 to not get results.

Our small master shower had to go, so we contacted 2 bath renovation companies. While the competitor was less expensive, we chose on the ball because of their warranty and previous recommendation from my friend who had them do her bathroom 7 years ago. All debris was cleaned up each day and transported away which was appreciated. About 2 months since completion and no problems and total satisfaction. I highly recommend

Shane is also extremely committed to detail and quality. Our bathroom products were incredibly hard to source but James went out of his way to track down the right supplier to get a perfect match. He always gave me good advice and kept an eye on budget. He always advocated practical solutions to keep impact high but costs low i know this sounds cliche but we couldFred and his team are conscientious and professional. We are just delighted with our newly renovated bathrooms. They were fast, professional, cleaned up and on budget. Perfect!

We recently decided to do to a complete remodel of our hall bath which hadn't been touched since it was built in the 60s. This journey started with asking a few contractors to give some quotes, of which only 4 showed up. Of the 4, What first impressed was that James demonstrated much stronger knowledge and experience with bathroom remodels and gave a detailed and easy to understand estimate, explaining why certain things the other companies had recommended wouldn't work. Additionally, the on the ball showroom made it very easy for my wife and I to look at different styles and options for everything our bathroom needed, which could be easily supplied through on the ball (other contractors but the burden on me to get all the materials, including things like bath tubs...).

James and the guys came out and did our bathroom who was extremely courteous and made very good care to not make a mess or disturb anything in the house. They also worked very efficiently and touched base with me several times during the remodel to finalize the small details (like how high to put in the shower head, soap shelves, etc). Definitely appreciated having them do the work. Additionally, James made it very easy during the whole process as he communicated often and returned my calls very quickly. They were also very flexible in timing and accommodating my work schedule.

James estimated that the project would take about 2 weeks, and it took less than that. Additionally, at the end of it, I had accidentally over paid which James quickly called and refunded the difference. I greatly appreciate the customer service I was given.

In summary, I think you generally get what you pay for in life. If you're looking for honest, experienced, efficient and knowledgeable renovators, On the Ball Bathrooms is the way to go. They're definitely not the most expensive, but at the end of it, I am left with the feeling that the work was done correctly. And my bathroom looks super awesome!

Recently I purchased an older unit on the north of Fremantle - it desperately needed a new kitchen and bathroom. I decided not to move in until the renovations were completed.
