Dennis was very thorough and professional in organising our home loan. For a first home buyer this process could have been overwhelming, but he guided us through it and was very patient with us. I've 6 accountants before in the last 11 years in Australia. My experience so far about tax accountants is they just do the minimal on tax return advice and advise structure to benefit themselves for more set up or audit costs. Also, many don't tell you any upfront costs associated with certain extra little services or advice resulting in nasty bill surprises. As such, I really have bad impression and high expectation on accountants.

So far, Giang is the best in every area! She is very efficient, very knowledgeable and her price is very reasonable. I can't be more happy than her service. She will keep me informed on when is her turnaround. She will advise me where I can maximise my tax return. She even produces a spreadsheet on to assist my decision whether to change a new car in future and the expected tax savings. She has also pointed out calculation mistake previous accountant had made. In short, she is value adding than just doing the minimal. I'm in a dilemma to write this review as I know she is going to have a flood of new customers that potentially could reduce her service quality. Having said, I believe she needs to be rewarded for the great work she has done and will be doing.
