This shop is fantastic. The staff spend as much time with you as you need to make a decision. I hadn't bought a bike in years, and the staff offered really helpful tips, worked within my budget, answered some really dumb questions, and discounted my accessories. When my partner went to buy a bike the next day, they recognised me and gave us 10% off.

An professional assistant, at least looks professional to me, helped me to choose a nice bike model based on my budget. He also friendly shew me how to choose a right size for me. I did a test ride with satisfaction.
