I had recently moved to the area and onyx hair design was the first hair dressers in ballina that I tried. My hair was cut crooked, noticeably, and was cut so short, definitely not what I had asked for! I got a cut, and my regrowth touched up (I had blonde hair at the time) I ended up paying a huge $300+ which I was not warned about! Such a big price for such terrible service. Could have done a better job myself!

My mother and I went here for a shampoo and blow-dry before a party recently. We're not from the area and just stumbled across them. The staff were competent, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them and will certainly visit again for the next north coast birthday party I attend!
