Helen made us welcome immediately & took us through the range of eyewear & costs. Our Optometrist was Georgia & she conducted the tests & explained every procedure patiently. Both Helen & Georgia were professional, courteous & so friendly!

I have been served only after 5 min being in the shop and i had to ask for assistance. After that everything was extremelly good. The staff was very imformative and attentive. Used active listening skills. They were very helpfull for me to find the best cheapest deal. They gave me extra 10% discount on top of 20% whats was alredy on offer. They looked after me.
