I understand that the business is primarily intended for teaching beauty skills to their students. Yet, I still believe that ambiance and quality of service can be upheld despite the nature of the business. One of the first things you walk into is a room full of school desks and whiteboard whilst the therapy rooms are located in the back separated by what looks like hospital beds and curtains. The staff were polite, however they seemed indifferent. The products they were using were also in home brand containers which makes me wonder about the quality of the products. The 30 minuted facial also was cut short by at least 5 minutes. Even with the discounted price, I don't think the experience was worth it.
