I always come in here to get my phone credit, because usually they don't have that many customers so unlike buying from a supermarket it is much faster.

I went in after being a customer for 15 years and asked for them to match an offer from another customer - from pre paid o post paid. the lady who served me had little knowledge of the handset i wanted and telling her of the deal the other company was offering - she would not or could not match it - she also went on to spend a great deal of time bagging the other company and giving false imformation about the other company she just wasnt going to budge on bettering the other companys offer - so i went to the other company
