I have been a customer of Optus for over a year and recently i moved house, that is when Optus failed to provide us with a service i selected their wireless plan and no one in this business seemed to be able to help me with this and everytime i call it goes to overseas and they absolutley hopelesss

I had my mobile phone with Optus for years, the customer service I received while I had my phone with them was unsatisfactory. Was a big dissapointment. The range of service they had I was also dissapointed with.

Not for me, not supportive, not friendly and way too expensive. I wont use this business again. I like a business that works WITH their customers and not against them.

They are a good provider in many ways such as good signal and good quality communication they also have many good offers such as recharge and win. However my credit always disappears and i barely use my phone and they are abit pricy. they do offer a range of types of plans.

Home phone deals are pretty good compared with others, their service when I've needed it has been excellant. Their customer relations could do with some improvement though..after being with them for maybe 10 years, they wanted to charge me $100 to drop my all in one fusion plan down to a lower plan!

I love using Optus, i have been using them for a few years now for my mobile and I dont think I could get any better for pre paid, I pay $30 for a recharge and get $120 worth of credit, on top of that I get a code sent to me after I top up which i enter on the internet and I can win free sms's or even some prizes go to new phones cd's etc! havent won that big yet but you never know!

I have had trouble receiving prank calls on my pre-paid service. I rang up optus and they did a thorough check on my account. Turned out this number was a telemarketing service and immediately I was removed from their list
