fast and efficient, yet still friendly. managed to be in and out within 10 minutes when i needed a replacement sim card. hot tip: check out their 'boost pre-paid' call caps!

everything was good, staff are very helpful and friendly, always offering advise which is good.
normally phone stores are poor with service, but this one was actually quite decent :)

Excellent customer service! Sales assistant listened to our needs, was very informative and helped us pick the right phones for us along with a package that made up for the shocking service we received in the other Optus stores - we were on the verge of leaving, but this amazing service we received here made us stay!
