The experience is okay, the day spa is quiet and very calming although I believe the service good be improved. It felt like the therapist was not in tune with the muscles (relaxing massage only), i walked out with a strange pinched nerve in my leg. I cannot say I have walked out from a real massage feeling like something has gone wrong. If you need day spa services the salon is in a great location, convenient if you are working in the city.

The staff were not that friendly and when I when I was getting a massage I really didn't feel like the girl cared whether or not I was enjoying it. Disappointing.

in the middle of all the cool cafes in hardware lane is a little slice of heaven. try the hot stone massage and you'll be addicted!! all the staff are wonderful and provide free consultation to work out the best treatments for what you want to achieve.
