I highly recommend the white chocolate dessert dumplings. So, so good! Also a fan of all the delicious teas that you can try out. It is a little on the expensive side so I go here as a treat :-)

The food here can be delicious, but the quality is not consistent and I have experienced the odd occasion where the it was very average. Likewise with the staff - sometimes service is outstanding, other times I'm almost ready to get up and leave. So it's really a hit-and-miss kind of place. When it's good, it's VERY good! So maybe go there on a day where your gut feeling is positive! Doesn't compare to places like Shark Fin Inn but considering what else is around in the area, it's a neat little place and definitely worth a look as long as you're not under pressure to impress someone

I went here for lunch with a friend and found the service to be friendly and quick and the food good for Chadstone ( which can be a bit of a wasteland for good eating). We tried a few different types of dumplings between us and a few teas. I enjoyed the Shu Mai dumplings and drank a White tea. This is a great place to drop into after or before shopping at Chadstone as it is pretty quick and can be healthy depending on your food and drink choices, plus has reasonable prices.

It's great to have somewhere to eat outside of the chaos of the food courts. Food is very tasty and just love the herbal teas. The staff are friendly and the food is served promptly.

Approximate cost: $20

Its good to know of other eateries within shopping centre and not be just limited to the food court, thanks for sharing

I have had a number of lunches and dinners here with friends. The food is always delicious and it's easy to order just the right amount. Great if you want a quick but special lunch on a workday. Can't beat the San Choi Bau!

I agree, this place is good, not enough options at Chadstone, although more recently.

Great yum cha and nice to get out of the crowds at Chaddy. Good selection of herbal teas - just the nice on a cold winters day

One of my favorite locals. All day Yum-Cha!!!!! Our favourite dishes are: the steamed prawn dumplings, bbq pork buns, pan fried pork dumplings, crispy pork belly with plum sauce (omg yummo), the duck is also beautiful, and the honey pepper steak just melts in the mouth. We always finish a meal with steamed custard buns.....devine!! however I would not recommend any of the other desserts.

Approximate cost: $5-30

I come here whenever I can, whether it be this location or the Chapel St one. They both provide excellent service and delicious food! You have to try the crispy chilli steak and their dumplings are amazing!! I have come here and tried nearly everything on their menu including the Yum Cha, and have not been disappointed by anything. The tea variety and the tea shop is great too.

Approximate cost: $15

Had Yum Cha on the weekend and it was exactly what we needed - something different. Service is via trolleys of constant food coming around. The wait staff were very nice and happy to help. Yes it is expensive but for the experience worth doing
