They did a good job with the haircut but I don't know why they would want to cut around the backside like crutching a sheep. My little dog came home looking quite traumatised and has been a bit nervy ever since.

My 4 month old puppy and I love Oscar's Dog Daycare. It means so much to me that I can leave him there to have fun, socialise with other dogs and be cared for while I am at work, rather than leaving him at home to be bored, sad and lonely. He gets so excited when we walk through the door and he is always happy when I go to collect him. The other bonus is that he sleeps soundly through the night after he has been at doggy daycare and there is no fuss at bedtime. The staff are always warm and friendly and they seem to genuinely love what they do. The reception area is always clean, never smelly and all the dogs that I see coming and going have happy wagging tails. Thank you Karen and staff.

Been a fan of Oscar's since I started bringin my pup in for the casual wash/groom back in 2011. There have been both major (adding daycare services) and minor (moving across the street) changes in the last few months but that has not deterred or halted the beautiful staff at Oscar's from giving nothing but excellent service. Karen, the owner, always seems to be in a good mood and somehow remembers little details about past conversations we have had which leads me to believe that she is one of a rare breed (pun intended) of business owners who genuinely cares about her clients. We have recently enrolled Willis into the daycare, and he comes back tired and happy. He even has been improving his bad habits such as jumping up on us when excited, and pulling on his lead during walks. The daycare staff are full of helpful hints to help with naughty behaviours. All in all, this is nothing short of a 5 star business and I happily recommend them to all dog owners I know.

Having taken my 2 boston terriers to oscars for several years to be groomed , the next natural step was to trial them at oscars day care.... I have one blind dog and one dog who is dog aggressive whilst with me ... They have gone out of their way to nurture both my boys , the blind one well he is having a blast and a new lease on life , and my dog " aggressive " boy , well no issues in day care. Oscars love , nurture , care and really want the best of of your dog .. They work with them , instead of to hard way of thinking. I am surprised of the negative comments , have never ever left there unhappy , if anything I smile from ear to ear knowing my " priceless " loved insanely boys have had an awesome day.. These guys gave my boys a chance , and as they are the love of my life. I am a parent who is content with the happiness of her boys. Thanks Karen and staff , I am indebted to you for so much.. Only devoted dog lovers will understand my rant about my love for them. I trust them 100% , that's big for me as I am protective , and obsessed with my kids... I saw their daycare shop open this Saturday. Staff were just smoking in the car park while the dogs were going nuts inside. Cant for the life if me understand who would pay to shut their dog in a little shop all day. Place smells and staff are grumpy. Grooming overpriced.

I dropped in unannounced Saturday morning to check it out. I have 3 dogs and was looking for a quality and caring groomer. I was appalled by the rudeness of the staff working there; staff was nasty and showed no pleasure whatsoever in working with dogs. I felt sorry for the poor dog staff was grooming; acted as though staff hated being there and the dogs all seemed very scared and unhappy. Staff has lost thousands of dollars of business as I am heavily involved with dogs and their owners and of course their ultimate well being. I have told all of my friends of this incident and warned them not to go there. . Staff rudeness and sheer nastiness was an absolute put off!!! If you don't love dogs don't work with them!!!

Been a client since 2007 & the staff are amazeballs. Their level of professionalism is incredible. We are excited to be using their daycare for our furbaby. I have never seen staff smoking or mistreating animals. They are always friendly and welcoming.

My Maltese x Shitzu had his first professional groom today and the team at Oscar's on Unley did a beautiful job! Incredibly happy with the result and the service! Would recommend to everyone... And for you pet owners who are nervous about leaving your beloved pooch anywhere you can see straight into the grooming area, and the waiting area for the dogs! Great job, will be returning for sure!

These guys are awesome. So friendly, really professional and the place is very cool. Some of these reviews are strange considering my experiences and I`ve been a couple of times. But each to their own. Sometimes depends on your own attitude as to how others act toward you. I know they have had badly needed staff changes in recent times so could explain loads about poor reviews. Prices are really reasonable considering what they do, staff are easy on the eye and really friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
