Oz Swim Aquatic staff are always welcoming and made our family feel welcome. Staff are highly qualified and were able to adapt to when my child needed extra support. The pool is nice and clean. I strongly recommend this swim school

Teachers change regularly, kids crash into each other in junior squad. Broken chair with rusted iron sticking out. Manager states in email she can’t Phone after making complaints because she is remote, but surprised when she is found at the swimming pool. DO NOT recommend

the teachers are all qualified and absolutely fantastic with all ages of children. I have sat and watched for almost 4 months as my children have their lessons and it is great how the manager and staff know and greet the kids as they arrive, it makes them feel so special, they beam from ear to ear with there huge smiles and always doing their best in the pool. Its nice to see the manager is always watching on and giving the kids the praise they deserve. I recomend this swim school,as the top one in the browns plains area.

Great swimming instructors, but when having to ring them to arrange makeup lessons, they never answer the phone. When we are attending lessons their is always someone at the reception desk but no one answers the phone they just have message bank. It would be nice to be able to arrange what you need to there and then instead of waiting for them to call back which is always hours down the track.
