Took our dog for boarding kennel for 4 nights. When we picked him up, not only were the staff very evasive about how his stay was, but they didn't tell us that he had been BADLY BITTEN by some other dog. When we saw this and questioned them, they obviously knew about it and very uncomfortably stated that this was done while playing. Our dog has MULTIPLE WOUNDS around his neck which were bleeding. They told us that the play time was supervised???? Makes no sense as the wounds our dog sustained were substantial. No way we can ever show our dog now as we intended as he is only 1 year old,he has scars for life all around the face and neck. Stay away from this place.

We love leaving our dogs here when we go away. We know they are being we'll loved and looked after. The staff are great and treat all their animals like they are their own, they also cater to each individuals needs. My dogs needs daily tablets and it wasn't a problem for these guys and I know he will get them.

They have a new, unique centre offering dog owners the security and trust to know your little doggies are safe and being well looked after. Wagtails have been in business for 16 yrs, are tried and tested, I find them to be a great place for a doggie day out to get the works done and have fun. They have been in business for over sixteen years and I believe are still as good as the day they opened.

My dogs love going to daycare and are always exhausted after their day. Not a bad achievement for working dogs. They also regularly have extra activities such as swimming, agility and tricks. Grooming, training, holiday boarding and a retail store are also provided by the company
