Anthony could not have been more helpful! I asked for help with making a decision about a product for a community group and Anthony came back to me with the best option (with an explanation about why). He helped us with some quite specific requirements for the service as well, and definitely went over and above. The service that we purchased was probably one of the lowest priced services that Ozetel have available, and I believe that most other service providers would have simply not bothered with the extra help that we needed to get it up and running. I was confused in the website - a dill day. I called Ozetel and the Director answered. After providing a little feedback about a website issue I'd had, he was great and had me set up in no time.
I CALLED and someone ANSWERED - in AUSTRALIA - and I got instantaneous service!
It's my first month, but my connection was instant and the billing is clear.

Ozetel have provided excellent service for our 1300 number which required post code routing and a post code prompter in some areas. They have gone out of their way to assist us promptly with every request. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality service with very professional and friendly assistance.

I wanted to have a 1300 number and I found Anthony at Ozetel to be Honest, Up Front, Efficient, Knowledgeable and I'm extremely happy with the follow-up service.

They helped me purchase the phonewords. Most companies I called were interested in buying the phonewords on my behalf (but them owning them) and then renting them out to me on a monthly basis. OZETEL explained the process frankly and openly, they helped me buy the phonewords and are managing them for me. I recommend them to anyone interested in buying / using 13, 1800, 1300 numbers. They are excellent value, too.
