Online shopping should always be about 'speed' and 'security'. Nothing speedy about this business when it comes down to customer service. It takes awhile to get replies, and take even longer to get anything useful back.

Like many others I've had issues with order, I decided to consider my experience as a 39 dollars of donation for my piece of mind.

There are other online stores you can fine which offer similar deals with superior service.

These guys need to be a little bit more responsive for me.

this site always has different things to offer. from top brand clothing to kitchen ware. the prices can be just okay to fantastic. the quality is fantastic on everything i have received. the only thing is there is a $9. postage fee. so dosen't always work out.

I have been using this website for over 2 years, however the last 12 months the service has been absolutely terrible. Not just the typical 8 weeks delivery time but ozsale now honors the purchase only around 80% of the time. Refund is usually comes after 8 weeks after you pay for the product. They also only refund 50 cents of the postage, even through a typical postage charge is $10. Definitely will stop using them.

My sister and I are obsessed with this company. They always deliver on time. The deals are great and I always feel like I get value for money with these guys. Highly recommended!

Some of my orders were delayed for months. When i asked what the matter was i always got a reply it should be sent by this Mon, then by this Wed etc. By the time i got it i was furious.

I get an email each day with the deals on ozsale.com.au and i find lots of great bargains, Easy sight to navigate. Lots of designer brands at fantastic prices. Delivery is reasonably fast.

A good designer brand discount website. Great brands at brilliant prices. Take a few weeks to arrive but that is clearly stated on the website. One of my only issues is that sometimes sales are very limited in sizes but you don't know that until you click on each product - would be great to be able to sort by size.

Charge more for delivery compared to other similar shopping sites, don't always fulfill their orders & don't offer appropriate compensation when they don't, website's technical inefficiency causes incorrect orders & incorrect credit card charges. They take very long to respond to "Help" emails. Ozsale to improve on many things

Got lots of bargain from Ozsales. Love their sales and can't help myself but buy more and more ...very addictive, have to restrict myself from buying too many!!

They are very good with there communications, there was an error with the order but they apologized and refunded the money.

Great online bargains for designer products. Sometimes 80% off original price. Delivery is a little slow but something I don't mind as the bargains are so good.

I have used ozsale.com.au for two purchases now. The website is good as you get a variety of products and brands being listed. The postage isn't cheap, but if you are getting a bargain, it is still worth it. Delivery has taken about 2 weeks both times.

These guys have some great bargains. I have bought items on several occasions and although the service is slow I have been very happy with the items I have purchased.

Worthwhile signing up and having a look at some cheap designer bargains. I've received some great designer clothes at discounted prices for my son - I have had bad luck on products for myself though - some clothing were not have the right sizes listed (medium instead of size 10 - should have specied what was on the tag), when i tried to return it it was too late (you only get a short window period to do so).
Also ordered makeup, received the wrong item, can return but I have to pay postage.

I love ozsale I'm always buying things on line, its a shame you have to wait a couple of weeks to get your purchases.

Delivery takes too long and once I had to contact them and needed to cancel and get a refund because my order was out of stock and was going to take possibly another couple of months. The idea of this site is to order a sale item which there is limited stock of technically there should never be any backorders. They don't seem to be very organised

I often find lots of specials for me and the kids here. Much better than going round the shops.

We had a faulty product sent to us and when we rang they sent out a new one which we received in two days.Great customer service

Ozsale has som great bargains, but the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Honestly, these guys don't care much about keeping the customer happy. They send out wrong items or items that are unhygienic. And if you go down the process of requesting a refund, expect to be waiting weeks and weeks for them to process. Their customer service is really lacking and causes a lot of stress. Oh and I did for get to mention that they regularly process orders that they can't fulfill. So again you go through more stress to get your money back for unavailable items. Be very cautious. Also check your refunds as they also have a habbit of shortchanging you.

Great site where you can pick up some real bargains. I have purchased on numerous occasions and I have never had an issue. They offer a variety of brands for a range of product types - clothing (adults and kids), toys, homewares (once in a while), make up, books, accessories etc. huge discount from the original price. If you like your designer clothing it is certainly worthwhile visiting this site.

I have been buying items from ozsale.com.au over the last few months. They have some unbeatable savings on all sorts of different items. Of the 5 orders I have placed since February, I have only received 2 of them. This is the only downfall I have with them, their delivery times are far too long. I have just recently returned 3 items where sizing was the issue and I am yet to complete the return process. I am a little weary about returning items and getting all my money back, having just read that 'non faulty returns occur a $10 re-stocking fee per item'. I'm not sure if i have read this wrong? If this is the case, then my $20 return of 3 items will end up costing me more money? Once I have completed the return transaction I will updating this rating with the outcome.

I have bought from this site a few times now. The sales they have are great! You are able to get a large discount on usually overpriced branded items. However the only downside from ordering from this site is that you have to wait quite a while before items get delivered to you.

The selection of sales that this business have available is great. Their website is very clear and appealing and easy to understand. I recently bought a couple of pair of shoes that were an excellent deal - so cheap! Only dissapointing thing is the delay in getting products to you. It takes almost a month.

I've bought from ozsale over a dozen times and even though the prices are great, some items I've received haven't been the best quality or they often send the wrong item doh! However they are always happy to rectify their mistakes but it's still inconvenient to have to go through the processing of returning. For this reason I've stopped buying from them.

This place has the best bargains, just brought Ultraceuticals face pack for $53.00 in pricline its $110.00 so thats a great saving. They dont have the same brands all the time. They advertise the brands that they have currently and upcoming on the homep age and the sale normally lasts a few days and opens at 7am.
I have brought several things from them and been very happy. They also have a $5.00 friend referral program.

Have purchased a Moschino scarf from the website valued at $170 for $19.00 + postage and handling. I would not have been able to afford such an expensive item otherwise
