Pack and send picked up our goods from our supplier in bris and sent them to cairns,and they ensured our goods were packed so that there were would be no breakages, and this ment a lot to us.

I called at least five Courier Companies for a Time Critical Pick-up & Delivery of a new Passport. None were willing to go the Extra Mile for a Customer, except Pack & Send Brisbane City.

I was on my way to Australia Post when I noticed Pack and Send outlet and thought I'd see what they would cost. Stephen was very helpful and the cost was much better than I expected. Loved the fact I received an email advising the parcels had been lodged and emails when the parcels were delivered. I sent parcels to Bacchus Marsh (Vic) and Nightcliff (NT). I was delighted to receive an email the next morning (7am) advising the Bacchus Marsh parcel had been delivered and on checking the parcel was in Darwin for delivery. An email was received early afternoon advising this parcel was delivered. You can't get better delivery times. Will definately be sending my parcels with Pack and Send again.

Stephen and his Pack & Send team at Brisbane City (Mary St) immediately took a solutions-oriented approach to ensuring a difficult package - a couple of tree seedlings - were dispatched overnight from Brisbane to Sydney without damage. From the start they were friendly and personable to deal with ... a real relief after a range of other couriers were either disinterested or placed the assignment in the too hard basket. The box dutifully arrived on time, and their attention to detail in designing the packaging specifically for the type of goods meant not a leaf was broken and no soil spilt.

Pack & Send Brisbane City helped me with sending my laptop to Fitzroy, I didn't realise they did transport logistics and as I couldn't send lithium batteries through the post, I found these guys. They were very helpful and packed it so it could be transported safely to Fitzroy. They gave me a choice of services which was great because I could choose something that suited my budget, as a student I chose Road transport, if I had the money I would've sent it by air freight. It got there in the time frame they gave me so I was happy with the service I chose. The person I sent it to commented on how well it was packed. They also suggested if I was sending something already packed under 30kgs I could try their on line service, my laptop couldn't be sent through that system because it requires special checks and documentation. These guys really know what they are doing, I would recommend them to other customers.
