Rang for help with a non working SMEG cooker, young lady that answered the phone, said "yes we come out to Warragul" advised of the call out & labour fees.
The technician arrived in time slot they advised (the next day). Checked the cooker & advised no fault, but supply circuit breaker fault. I couldn't praise the guy enough.
Though in Pakenham thoroughly recommend this their service. Just wish there were more stars in the rating. Hopefully wont need them again too soon, but they're card is pride of place in the "HELP" file if/when we do.

Would not recommend this company.
Had them come out to repair our oven and faulty range hood. They replaced 2 of the parts in the oven but said they would need to come back another time as they didn’t have the other parts in the truck.
They had no idea about the range hood and said they would need to chase this up and get back to me.
That was over 3 weeks ago and I have chased them several times. Apparently parts are on order and they still have no clue on the range hood. they have not contacted me once at all to let me know what is going on.

Not recommended. They charge more than quoted price. Technicians don't have any clue on what they are doing. They will just keep replacing parts one after the other on customers expense without any proper fault diagnostics. Would not recommend to anyone.. Pakenham Appliances are just waste of time and money.

I am very disappointed in Pakenham appliances and do not recommend them and will not use them again. I had a problem last year with my oven. First problem ever. It turned off and would not turn on anymore. I gave them A call and they came out and replaced the selector switch. I was happy at this stage until I used the oven two days later. When oven got to temperatures above 150 degrees it would turn off. All power including the clock. I called them and they told me it must be the thermostat and I had to pay hundreds more for a new one. I have put up with cooking like this for about a year with the oven always turning off and pastries not cooking properly because of the low temp. I finally had enough and called someone else to come look at it. He obviously knew what he was doing as he told me straight out it was a faulty, over sensitive selector switch. I just paid him for his time and decided to call Pakenham appliances again as this problem only started after they replaced the switch and I did call them two days after the repair. They replied saying that the repair is now one month out of warranty and they will not do anything about it.
So here is my review and I hope it saves some people the headache.

Very polite service on the phone, excellent follow-up service offering earlier appointments if they have a cancellation, and polite and friendly on-site service from Dom along with very competitive pricing. Dom has always been reliable and knowledgeable. He's fixed our oven, our stove, and our washing machine. Dom is always polite, friendly and professional. and I don't hesitate to recommend him. He even squeezed in a last minute appointment when I thought my oven had busted a few days before Christmas. Turned out I just had to reset it after a blackout, but I was very appreciative that he was prepared to squeeze in an appointment to look at it at the last minute. I just hope he stays in the area for a long time so he can keep fixing my appliances!

Fantastic service , Called Clare yesterday morning gave her my washing machines model number and explained my machine was leaking lots of water. On the phone we organised a same day appointment time .
Dom arrives just after 1PM and discovers my machines pump is completely broken/worn out . Im waiting to hear how long it will take to order a new one ... BUT no Dom has a secondhand one in his van . Very inexpensive too.
In around just 3 hours all my washing machine problems are solved!!! I wish every problem was solved with such efficiency.

Thanks Dom what absolutely fantastic service. Cheerful. Professional and efficient, I had a problem with my Bosch dishwashing machine I left a message with Doms”s answering service, he promptly rang back to discuss the issue. After some diagnosing questions backwards and forwards he was able to resolve the fault ( operator error) with the minimum of fuss, absolute professionalism and excellent knowledge of the product he deals with. A pleasure to deal with.

Dom came within the time (between 8.39 and 11.30 a,m,) the receptionist said that he would come. Dom also called to let me know that he was on his way. Very efficient with the care of my washing machine. Delighted, and will call again for other appliances as necessary.
