I bought a pamper package on one of the group buying sites (Spreets) for this day spa. The owner's manner was quite unfriendly, plus the towels were not changed on the bed after an oily massage. Furthermore, the deal was advertised as including a $50 voucher for the next visit, however the owner refused to honour this, saying she only gives a $50 voucher if you spend $150 on treatments at a subsequent visit. I certainly won't be returning to Papillon nor would I recommend it to any of my friends/family. If the attitude of the owner does not improve, I believe she will find herself out of business very soon.
This beautiful spa is perfect for anyone who wants a quick eyelash tint, massage, or waxing treatment. The staff are fabulously friendly and extremely professional - and of course you can have a drink after in one of the cafes of bars that have opened in Yarra's Edge!

Thx for the review.
I too have a voucher from Spreets for a facial, massage, haircut and colour.
I was wondering how were they on each treatment?
Your review has made me hestitant to even use the voucher now.
Thx.
