RAA inspections as standard. Sales people friendly and knowledgeable overall. One manager somewhat harsh in manner during negotiations. Overall good.

The worst thing about owning a Mazda is that you have to take it to a Mazda dealer for a service (to change the oil filter) but Paradise Motors is absolutely amazing. They are honest and provide great customer service.
If you are waiting for your car, they book it in and it usually done within an hour and they provide beverages at a TV in a nice waiting area.

Bought my CX9 from here, Robert Valente(sales) was not pushy, gave me the details I needed, and was courteous throughout. Excellent service from sales manager (did not get the name) as well despite the stress he seemed to be under all the time. Some others not so helpful but then Mario who handed vehicle over to me restored my confidence.

Purchased my Mazda from here 3 1/2 years ago. Very satisfied with the salesman & deal. The Service Dept staff are always friendly & helpful. Have been a regular customer for more than 3 years, have been very satisfied with the work done at each service and, except for one occasion when, unexpectedly, a part had to be ordered my car has always been ready to collect at the arranged time. On that one occasion they provided me with a loan car until the next day when my car was ready.

Have purchased a vehicle from here and also get my mazda serviced here. Reliable and not too pushy. Would recommend, as compared to other businesses, this one is fairly good.

Since then we have our Mazda3 serviced every 6 months and we found the service staff to be most courteous,obliging and thorough.
