One of the best companies I have dealt with in a long time, very professional! had someone come around service my pool and clean it out, very happy with the effort that was put into make sure I was happy, competitively priced, highly recommend!

After multiple delays with our house build due to major excavations, Rowan and his team were extremely patient with us. Even though their start date was pushed back multiple times and the design of the pool also had to be changed.
It also meant that our pool would be close to completion by Christmas. But all the boys worked extremely hard , even weekends to get it finished on time. And it looks great.
We love it.
Rowan always answered our questions, replied to emails and even answered his phone and best of all there were no hidden costs.
We will be recommending Paradise Pools and Solar for sure.

We selected Rowan and his team based on his honesty and no frills approach and fabulous sense of humour and from day dot he never let us down. The entire process from first dig to first swim took 4.5 weeks, thanks to some great weather and a bloody good hardworking team . Rowan communicated openly and honestly throughout the process as did his entire team. The whole experience was a pleasure. I would and have already recommend Paradise Pools to anyone looking to get a pool.

We met Rowan at the Pool and Spa Show, due to his no nonsense approach, workers hands and honesty he stood out head and shoulders above the other stalls full of sales people. What an outstanding level of service, on time, reliable, honest and with a great team ethos amongst the lads I highly recommend Paradise Pools. We are over the moon with our new pool and the top of the range extras that we didn't even know were included. As someone else has already mentioned, a special thanks goes to Craig. Overall, a fantastic service.

If you look for an honest SPASA pool builder who gives you a fixed price quote without any hidden surprises, don't look further (forget the builders that only put allowances into the contract only to hit you with higher excavation costs down the track...). Rowan, Bart and the boys did an amazing job, in time, as quoted and to the highest standard. They never tried to sell us stuff we wouldn't need and only used high quality equipment. The finished pool looks and works great. If I will ever build a pool again, I hope they will be around....

fantastic team at paradise pools and spa. a too good team from start to finish. the owner, excellent communication from start to finish. you can call the owner odd times of the week or weekend and he if he does not answer the phone, he will come back to you as soon as he is available. no hesitation in recommending this team.

I normally don't submit reviews however I was impressed with Paradise and felt obliged to put it in writing. Paradise built our inground concrete pool complete with ~60m2 of surrounding paving. Work was completed in a tight timeframe, on budget, to a high standard. Rowan's greatest strenght is excellent communication, you can expect to be updated on progress regularly and consulted on any design issues. No surprises means everyone is happy. He provides good quality equipment and excellent support both during construction and after completion, always happy to answer questions or help. Very easy to deal with, I would have no hesitation in recommending Paradise to others.

Paradise Pools built our inground concrete pool. They gave prompt service, always returned our calls, kept the site clean and tidy and kept the cost as per the quote so there were no surprises at the end. They kept the process simple and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. The entire job was completed in 8 weeks. We are very happy with the finished product.

Difficult area, difficult conditions and terrible weather but they did a fab job from beginning to end. Very approachable, very easy to talk to and ask silly questions. We knew nothing about getting a pool put in and they had to remove the old one for us too. Love our finished pool and found the whole process very easy.

Rowan came out and assisted with the design of the pool , quoted and did the work along the way. We had some other quotes done however none of them came close ijn terms of ideas for design and service.Very easy to contact , followed up quickly and as our pool had a few challenges in terms of our site he had suggestions on acted on these to make the process easy for us.
