I have used this gym a couple of times. The staff are always very nice and helpful. The cardio room is a bit cramped and could do with a bit of an upgrade but overall it is a great centre.

I went in one day to take a look at the gym, they have quite a range to choose from and the people that work there a really friendly, now i go there once a week to keep my body healthy.

Before my wedding I used this gym to tone up a bit and they had a great deal on. My husband and I both enjoyed the workouts and they have a dedicated room specifically for Women only (so that you don't feel weird around all the guys!) which is nice. Well air conditioned and positioned place, would recommend to others.

Paramount have friendly and knowledgeable staff who will help you tailor a program to your needs. They have a great variety of equipment, or you might like to try one of their fantastic classes, such as Body Balance, Body Pump or Body Combat (Les Mills program).
