Thieves. Will tell you your wheels need alignment, your throttle needs decalcing and your air conditioner needs sanitising to squeeze money out of you.

My advice = find an honest mechanic.

P.S After hearing a whirring noise I checked my front tyres today. They have been put on backwards after the tyre rotation with the directional arrows facing the wrong way!? Great job pmg!

P.P.S I emailed photographs to the Manager. He agreed that someone put the tyres on backwards. No apology and no offer to amend their error. Guess I have to do it myself. This place has no integrity or class. Grubby business.

Worst service i have ever had, they had wrote down they had serviced my car changed oils etc .. took my car to a local mechanic to find out why my car was making a strange noise .. to only find out that it had no oil what so ever.. ever since thomson kia parramatta merged to this with this place for car services it has been the worst experience - not happy.

Poor quality of warranty repairs. All about spending the least amount of money at the expense of the customer. Still faulty after 4 repair attempts.

I have a Kia Sportage GT Line. Which I love but this service group is beyond crap.

For example today I had to take my car in for a recall. It was to take 45 mins. I dropped the car off at 11am and they said it would be ready at 1pm abd they would advise me.

They didn’t call or text.

So I had to chase it up at 2:30pm only to be told it was ready.

This isn’t the first time this has happened at this service centre.

I will be going to another Kia or mechanic in future and I advise people not to waste their time at this service centre.

I can see some negative feedback here but my experience was very good. I had a problem with my Dodge Journey where battery would drain and alarm would activate randomly. PMG service center was great. Problem was diagnosed very quickly and the issue resolved in one go. Monty has been wonderful at the service center. He is very friendly, professional and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place.

I'm shocked at the service levels this company provides. Not only do you wait ages for a standard service to be completed, but the technicians haven't been able to diagnose electrical faults or maybe they couldn't be bothered do look for them and reverted to the "You need a new battery" card. We purchased the car from new 3 years ago and while the battery was likely nearing the end of it's life, it wasn't exactly shot and it's serviced us for another 4 months since that appointment. I've replaced the battery through the manufacturer and the problems we had earlier in the year haven't been fixed.
I took the car in this week to have it looked at again since their first recommendations of changing the battery didn't work and I've asked for a loan car to be available to allow for school runs and errands, yet the car that was provided was half the size and was very low on petrol!! Who does this?? Is there no customer courtesy? Even more impressive, they wanted me to drop the car, re-assess it, pick it up and book it in for another day to fix the problems they discover! But don't they have the records from the first visit? Why does it take 4 visits to a service center to fix a problem?

Never again will I use them nor will I be recommending them to anyone. Stay away if customer service is high on your list.

Be prepared to wait a long, long time for your car to be serviced. Like more than 4 hours of waiting for a regular service.
Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else. Trust me.

I would not recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership, they are not ethical, no follow up calls to let you know whats going on.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE

I took my car in due to it having issues blowing smoke and stalling when full of fuel. I was charged $137.50 for the car to be assessed and was told I needed oxygen sensor, Idle speed actuator & rocket cover gasket. Took the car back when the parts arrived payed them $1275 for the parts and labour entering into a verbal contract with them that they would fix my car.

As soon as I picked it up I knew it wasn't right but wanted to check when I filled with fuel if it was any better which it was not. I took the car back expecting they would fix the issue as that is what I had paid for only to be informed they wanted to put a new petrol pump in and charge me an additional $1100 for this. Luckily my regular mechanic advised me my fuel pump was still under warranty and replaced that for free as that was not the problem either. Had I not rang him I would have paid for another part and service that my car obviously didn't need. It turned out the issue was with my solenoid and was fixed for under $100. I requested a refund on the misdiagnosis and failure to keep their end of the end of the deal by not fixing the problem only to be told that would not happen.

They have no idea what they are doing all they do is plug your car into the computer to rule out probable causes and expect you to pay whilst they experiment. I would avoid this company as all they did for me was rip me off $1412.50 and fixed nothing

Took car in for first service, and was happy with the outcome. The whole car was looked over, washed and serviced. Additionally, the handbrake, brakes, and other small things were adjusted too which I was happy with. The pricing is more than your local mechanic, but you get peace of mind.
