Okay I have been to passion quite a few times, they are quite highly priced, but at the start was worth it. The hairdresser I regularly saw had left, and ever since that they went downhill, except the prices, wich were already high, went up!

I had a very bad experience at my last visit, I had gone in for a color, and some foils. Not even a day later, my 'Blonde' foils were pink, and my purple toned 'permanent' dye, had WASHED OUT! When I went back to explain the situation, they originally did not want to help at all.

After quite a struggle to get them to fix my hair, they finally agreed.

It looked EVEN WORSE after the 'fix'.
I will never go back.
