After an interstate drive our car was covered in bugs & mud. Patrix cleaned the car so that it looked brand new, in record time for an amazing price.

I travel 30-40 min to go to Patrix because I know they will go out of their way to make sure I'm happy with the service they provide.

They are professional & friendly; from when you first arrive and explain what you want, to the cafe staff offering coffee & treats while you wait, to when you collect your sparkling clean car.

I've been their 3 times now and plan to go again soon. Highly recommended.

I've been coming to Patrix prestige car wash for the past two years and the service and expression to detail my car receives is above and beyond amazing. Well, where do I begin with PPCW? From the first time I pulled up to the boutique car wash I realised quite quickly that my car and I were in for an outstanding experience.

Maria greeted me with an infectious smile and thoroughly explained my options, taking the time to delve into the different benefits of each type of car wash offered while Patrick inspected each washed car ensuring a quality standard finish each time.

I was then treated to a lovely coffee as my car was given a 5 star service.

What an awesome place to wash your car. I have been coming here for over 12 months and the service is impeccable. The car always comes out spotless and I never have to tell them to "redo" areas like at other car washes that I used to go to.

The cars are hand washed in direct sunlight and their attention to detail can't be faulted. The only car wash that I go to. The best.

I have been a customer of Patrix Prestige since the day they open and have been fussy about my cars appearance I was impressed from day one with their attention to detail. All they staff are very friendly and Patrick and Maria make you feel very welcom.
So impressed with their premises that I purchased one of Patrick luxury cars that are on full view as you wait in the courtyard having a coffe.
After about 3 months, the car developed a problem that was a recognizable mercedes problem. No worries to Patrick, he booked the car into a reputable dealer (Mercedes bendz Toorak) and also organized a loan car for me all at no cost to me. Good to see a dealer stand by his product.
Would recommend Partix Prestige on both counts; wether you want a clean car, or a good second hand luxury car, top marks both ways.
