I collect vintage furniture, that's why I was worried some pieces might be damaged when I was about to move. I called Paul's removalists, and I they had everything loaded with not a single scratch. Very happy with the service. 5 stars from me.

I hired Paul's Removals Melbourne to move my stuff from the old into my new apartment. The workers were great! Punctual, careful with my things, and friendly and pleasant all around. I have no complains from the service and in addition I can say that the price was very reasonable. Thanks.

We booked the removal for 10am on the phone, only to later be contacted that they could only do 9am. Okay. Next surprise was that they sent their subcobtractor, Baloch's removals, without telling us. The overall experience was quite shocking 1) There was a lot of damage done to the expensive furniture - the removalists just shrugged their shoulders and advised us to use some glue 2) We had to direct them how to move the furniture because too often it just "wouldn't fit" according to them 3) The truck they sent was much smaller than what we asked for - as a result we have to come back to remove around 1/4 of all belongings. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I'll be looking for the reimbursement for the damage.

I don't think that autumn is the best time to move but sometimes it's just not up to us. Luckily for me I found these guys and they did a great job with my move. All the items were treated very carefully and in the end there was nothing broken or damaged. I know that this is just staff but it's my staff and I was really happy to see that the workers cared. Thanks guys!

The move was actually completed in less than a day. Removalists were very professional, friendly and courteous. Everything went like clockwork and I can't thank the guys enough.
