Please do not confuse the waterloo pawpaws with the one in mascot on garderners road. the service and everything from pawpaws in waterloo was excellent and not sure why it was closed down not long ago. now everything you find is linked to the paw paws in mascot even the website become theirs too. I hate to say the service was terrible. staff are not friendly even a bit rude. they are very rude and rough to the pets. i sent my dog there last week for a grooming service. and she got a few places on her body cut. and the hair was cut uneven. after the grooming my dog went home no apitites no energy and very weak. i wonder what have they done to my girl. i will not recommend this place to anyone and will never return to the place again. their service to the pets has nothing to do with 'Luxury' at all. I feel so regretted that have brought my girl there. and i have to leave something here for other people to see my experience.

Approximate cost: $85

Our rescue dog (who has been with us for just under 3 years now) is literally a member of our family and goes with us everywhere - including holidays. In July of last year, we had to take a 4 day trip across the ditch to NZ and so began the exhaustive search for a doggie daycare/boarding place for him that would meet our very high standards. After looking at many different locations and options, we came across Paw Paws and knew we'd finally found the right place and I can say with confidence that the 4-5 dollar per-day premium over other traditional chain-link fence kennels is money well spent. I should add that the location (one block off of Botany Road in Redfern) is also very convenient if on the way to the airport.
Since his stay there last July (09) we now often take advantage of their casual daycare services on a weekly basis as I currently commute down to Sydney from Newcastle for Uni. The staff are all very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and I highly recommend Paw Paws to anyone in search of boarding, grooming and daycare. There is nothing better in Sydney, perhaps even all of Australia?

i took my dog there it was supposed to be 1.5 days, i needed to extend 1 more night as i was away. When i got there we had the interview with bronco and a carer. All the girls working spoke baby talk and seemed to love dogs even though bronco had done a wee all over coach as he was excited by the scents and nice people around him. We were shown the residence and i would say it was amazing - better than the westin hotel or intercontinental hotel fir humans! And when i picked him up he was exhausted from playing with all the other dogs.

Approximate cost: $very cheap i think around 40 per day

I Got my dog Groomed here, it was a little pricey but definitely worth it as he is a Keeshond and has lots of fur. They clipped his nails and included a cute bow. I haven't tried the boarding yet but it looks really great as I see all the dogs getting along and sleeping on pillows and such. convenient city location.

Approximate cost: $50

Paw Paws is AMAZING. 5 star boarding, day care and/or grooming for your baby. The staff are super helpfull and friendly and my dogs love it. I used them to board for a few days when I went away, I mainly chose these guys because they were close and handy, most boarding kennels are out in the sticks... now I take them there every so often for the day for daycare just as a treat because I work and they get bored at home all day by themselves. They love it and I love taking them there
