Lady was very rude to her, skin around nails bleeding and cut and they charged her $130.
My daughtet has turned ıff from getting nails done very bad experience for a young girl.

I highly don't recommend this place as I came here 8 weeks ago and did manicure and pedicure shalak. Its didn't even last a week. And my nails were rushed and were cracking and bleeding. I thought I would come back after 2 months and did sns and it didn't even last a week. The only thing the person at the store offered me is a discount to fix my nails. This is ridiculous. Please don't go there and waist your money as you won't get a good job done of nails and may even have chipped and ruined nails what happened to me. Stay away from this place.

I recommend this to anyone that wants a nice relaxing nail day for a cheap price I got my acrylics done they were so kind and didn’t rush they included extra steps that other salons don’t to clean my nails it was very affordable to get them done $25 or $35 for adults it’s $35 and I payed $15 more for shellac on top they are cheaper than many salons like other ones that are $50 it is just to expensive the lady that did my nails was Lovely I don’t know why other reviews say they were rushed and mean I definitely rccomnd this I am left with blue acrylics with two micro glitter nails and they keep up with trends xx thnx

I went to have gel nails removed and reapplied. The proper procedure is to have it soaked off by acetone and gently scraped off the nail. The nail technician who attended to me, used a tool (like a drill) to buff away all of my existing polish- taking also a good layer of my own nails along with it. Left my nails very thin. This is not the proper way to do it! Some of my nails had cracked horizontally as a result (later covered up by nail polish). When I questioned her this as she was doing this, she stopped attempting to remove ALL of the polish with the drill and only removed most of the polish, then soaked the rest off.
Nail polish also chipped on the second day.
Never going back again. If I do, my nails will be paper thin after 2 visits.
Cheap, but not worth it. Going back to my regular nail technician, who is NOT working in a chain store. Just want to let others know so you know what you're in for! :(

Dont bother biggest waste of money. Had the most pathetic pedicure ever!!! They were rough, very quick, careless, slap a bit of cream on the front of my leg & call it a 5 min massage & then when i complained there is nothing they can do as he is only the manager owner is not here how convient! DONT BOTHER GO ELSE WHERE YOU WILL BE MUCH HAPPIER.

I had the worst experience last week at PEARL NAILS PARRAMATTA. I have been going there for 2 years after having infills in other salons for 5. They fill there O.P.I brand top coat bottles with cheaper top coat that never dries even after 1 week. When I went back due to fluff sticking to my nails they charged me another $15. I protested until another cust paid for me. I also only have 8 fingertips & they have always charged me full price for 10 fingers. WORST NAIL SALON EVER (if you can call it a nail salon)...

can't really complain. bit more expensive than other nail places but service is always great so its definately worth that little extra. ladies are not all fluent in english but their work is of great standard. always happy.

Another asian run nail place only the workers here are nice and friendly and although there is the communication barrier they try!! I get a full set of French tip acrylics and they are always perfect!
