Most staff are very helpful to ensure you get the right item & allow you to take it back for a credit note if once you get it home it is not quite as you expected e.g. colour looks different or does not quite match.

We have refurnished our home with furniture from this store. The staff were very helpful in ordering more furniture in, letting us know when it had arrived and delivering it to our home promptly. They also organised custom made heating vent covers that were made and delivered very quickly.
