This gym is the nearest to my home, walking distance. It has all the gym equipment all you needed. It is not so new and the classes are limited but it fits all the purpose if you are looking to do a good workout. There is personal trainer services as well.
There are kids dancing classes, Zumba classes and there is a big hot sauna bath for those who loved to soak after a good workout. Best of all- i can claim from my Private Health insurance for this fitness service. Love it!

I have had only good experiences with the Zumba classes I attend here. You can pay as you go or choose a 10 pass which is very convenient. I found the staff to be friendly over the phone and in person. The Zumba instructor is down to earth and there to have fun. I look forward to my sessions and really like the casual atmosphere that people are there to exercise in comfy clothing and not to pose or show off. If you are after a top-notch state of the art gym, this is not for you but I highly recommend if you are a bit self consious and are there for fun and basic weekly fitness.

They frequently lied straight to my face about their fees and services, and always gave me the impression that I was there to serve them, not the other way around. Their line of thinking was always "how can you make my life easier" rather than "how can I help you, the paying customer." The gym needs new management to overcome these faults, as they didn't seem capable of changing their attitude. The equipment too seemed very second rate, with some of it broken and some of it poorly repaired. Very poor value for money for the overall experience. I ended up dreading going there for each workout, and was glad when my membership was up. I won't be returning there and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
