As the parent of a very overweight child I was at my wits end as there is nothing around to help children lose weight, I contacted Personal Best, The owner of the private training studio was fantastic, David met with my son and I and explained everything from nutrition through to excercise he then took my child for a walk to judge his fitness level, We then went to his studio at Toowong and met my sons trainer Frank, Frank was amazing he was on a childs level and even though he worked my son hard he made it fun as well, as we live in chermside it was well worth my effort to make the trip to Toowong in all the afternoon traffic to take my son to this place, I recommend Personal Best to anyone looking for a great place to take a child who is overweight, It is very private and very personal hence the name I suppose Personal Best
