Purchased a Voiis Seniors phone for 91 yr old m/inlaw as we had trouble contacting her when in respite, the phone seems to have a lot of versatility for a non tech savvy person, quality of sound is good, the contacts feature with a photo is great, remote login for updates works well, the only thing I found poor was the case and handling and I think Personal Digital could go one better and supply a neck lanyard so elderly folk could sling it around their neck and possibly stop dropping the phone and although we are told how small a market Australia is I think the manufacturer should be made aware of the areas that could be improved upon and present a real alternative featured phone for the Elderly and senior person they themselves will get old and will find the problems that besets OLD age

Fast delivery and fantastic product brand new. Was able to order the HTC M8 in my favourite colour gold. Only basic standard grey was offered in all the stores here in Perth and was more expensive.

Came across Personal Digital in my searches for a specific model of the new HTC One. After having the htc one delayed 7 times, having ordered through Australian and English companies, personal digital understood my frustration, and got me the unobtainable htc one in my hands, the next working day, thus ending 2 months of frustration. I purchased a Blackberry from Personal digital a few weeks ago.

The phones were clearly marked that they were Hong Kong stock on the website, so I enquired about what exactly that meant and they assured me that not only would they send me a power adapter for the foreign power plug but that the installed language would definitely be English.

Unfortunately when the phone arrived it did have it's promised power adapter however it's installed language was Cantonese/Chinese.

Luckily I came across a great Youtube video that explained how to change the language back to English step by step and I advise anyone else in a similar situation to do the same.

As much as it was a great annoyance, with all of that said; The price was right, the phone arrived on time and well packaged and the online customer service staff were very helpful and quick to respond.

I would recommend the seller, just with caution.

Personal Digital was great, after weeks of searching for an aussie supplier of 7.7'' samsung tab to be covered by aussie consumer laws I found them via WOMO. Have office in Sydney to get goods if wish not to buy online as I didn't. I queried high price & they fixed immediately. Rec'd advice re claiming back GST as about to travel which I'd not thought of so think that above & beyond service. All in all a seamless experience & so glad I hung out for device from aussie supplier, the device is great too, best screen ever which is why I wanted that model & small enough to fit in handbag.Would use PD again.
