Is this a real store or a scam?
Ordered Christmas gifts, paid in full but never received. Seller never responded to emails or voicemail messages.
Raised a dispute with PayPal and order status was immediately changed from Pending to Cancelled so they obviously receive their emails.
Contact through PayPal was also not acknowledged or answered.
The other product review website also has a list of complaints like mine so I have no doubt that the 5 star reviews here are fake.

Stephanie was incredible to deal with from start to finish.

I emailed her in a fluster when I had finally worked out what I wanted to give my boss as a going away gift. I wanted a cheese platter with quotes from a storybook on front and back.

Stephanie was fast to respond, communicated clearly, understood exactly what I wanted and sent through samples of what the end product would look like before she printed it.

Because I had left it too late, I was worried about when it would arrive. As promised, it arrived with time to spare despite how late I left it.

I honestly couldn't recommend Stephanie enough.
